Do You Feel Unseen, Even When You’re Doing Everything Right?
You’ve built a successful career and keep pushing with resilience — but inside you feel anxious, exhausted, and unseen. People-pleasing, perfectionism, and always being “on” leave you stuck in one-sided toxic or narcissistic relationships where you give more than you get — and eventually lead to burnout.
At Finding Tranquility, I provide trauma-informed online counselling and psychotherapy across Canada to help you heal the root causes, break free from these patterns, and reclaim your self-worth with calm that lasts.
Healing starts with a conversation
Is this you?
My clients are often high-achieving, resilient adults who seem to have it all together on the outside — yet feel anxious, unseen, or exhausted inside. Does this sound like you?
Feel like you always give more than you receive in relationships.
Struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, or self-doubt.
You find yourself in toxic, narcissistic relationships over and over, repeating painful patterns despite your success in other areas of life.
Find it hard to rest or slow down without guilt, even after career success.
Are the one holding everything together — at work, with friends, or in family — and end up burned out.
Grew up with emotionally unavailable, critical, or narcissistic parents.
Carry guilt or shame from childhood that affects your confidence.
You over-perform and overdeliver at work and then you can feel the burn out.
You feel misunderstood, angry, and dismissed after speaking with your parents/caregivers even as an adult.

Feel overwhelmed by emotions and wish you could cope in healthier, more sustainable ways.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. With the right support, it’s possible to heal the root causes of these struggles and create lasting calm, confidence, and connection.

Meet Your Therapist
I’m Divya, a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with over 12 years of international experience across Canada, the U.S., and Singapore. I specialize in helping high-achieving adults who seem successful on the outside but feel anxious, unseen, or exhausted inside. Many of my clients are adult children of emotionally unavailable or critical parents, repeating painful relationship patterns despite their professional success.
My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and psychodynamic. Unlike short-term, behaviour-based therapy that only offers temporary relief, I focus on the root causes of anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and burnout. Through online counselling and psychotherapy across Canada, I help you create lasting change, rebuild self-worth, and find calm that stays.
My Approach to Therapy
I believe lasting change happens when we heal the root causes of anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, burnout, and relationship struggles — not just manage symptoms. My integrative approach blends evidence-based methods with compassion, helping you create results that last.
🕊️ Trauma-Informed
A safe, supportive space where your experiences are validated. We’ll work gently with your nervous system so you can feel calm, grounded, and in control.
🤝 Attachment-Focused
Early relationships shape how we connect as adults. By exploring attachment wounds, we uncover patterns that keep you stuck and help you build healthier, secure connections.
🧩 Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Family Systems
IFS and family systems therapy help us understand the different “parts” of yourself and the roles you’ve carried in your family. By giving these parts space to heal, you’ll move from over-functioning and self-doubt into balance and self-compassion.
🌊 Psychodynamic Exploration
We’ll go beneath the surface to uncover unconscious patterns driving your anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, or people-pleasing — so you can finally break free and create lasting change.
Through online counselling and psychotherapy across Canada, my approach helps you rebuild self-worth, break old cycles, and create calm that lasts.
